Negative Declaration
Jefferson County - The Village of Chaumont Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Cresent Drive will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of approximately 1.7 acres of a 15 + acre parcel into four (4) residential lots for the purpose of constructing three (3) additional single family homes. The project is located on Cresent Drive in the Village of Chaumont, New York.
