Project Description:

The applicant proposes the stabilization of approximately 450 feet of streambank through a combination of medium and heavy stone rip rap along with the installation of native plantings in two locations along Black Creek in the Town of Chili.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Opportunity for Public Comment:

Project Description:

The Department proposes to modify the waste water discharge permit for the above referenced facility. The Village of Bloomfield operates a waste water treatment facility located on Elm Street in the Village of Bloomfield. The discharge from this facility enters Fish Creek which is a Class C(T) waterbody. The proposed modifications to this permit include updating the contact and mailing information for the facility and to add a monitoring location diagram. No permit limits are proposed to modified at this time. The discharge will meet New York State Water Quality Standards. A draft permit is available for review.
