ENB - Region 8 Notices

Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Genesee County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Airport Five Year Capital Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves two categories: those to correct existing deficiencies and those to correct future deficiences. It is anticipated that the County will need to address future deficiences within the next two years when activity levels by larger jet aircraft justify and increase in airport design standards. In order to avoid segmentation, projects that address future deficiences are included. The project is located on East Saile Drive, Batavia, New York.
