The applicant proposes to repair/reconstruct 2,415 feet of bulkhead in-place, place 1,000 cubic yards fill material behind the bulkhead as backfill, dredge no further than 10 feet seaward of all bulkheads to a depth of 4 feet below mean low water and dredge no further than 10 feet seaward of each side of a 150 foot floating dock and place the resultant 1,000 cubic yards of dredge material in a 25 foot by 175 foot bermed dredge spoil area on the upland. In addition, the applicant proposes to repair and/or replace existing docks, dock piles, decks and boardwalks in place as needed. These activities are proposed over a 10 year period. The applicant also proposes to install 49 new 2 foot by 10 foot finger piers and 49 dock pilings.
