Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is currently reviewing a TRP application ( #4533) to allow the Town of Santa Clara Highway Department permission to remove 30 hazard trees and to perform brushing on Beaverwood and Floodwood Roads.

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow Diving Discovery Scuba Center to access Lake George from Hearthstone Point and Rogers Rock Campgrounds to conduct instructor supervised diving activities. These activities will take place in a safe location away from the protected beach areas. Participants pay the normal entrance fees. Diving is an approved and encouraged use of Lake George and this would be the 9th year this activity takes place at DEC facilities.

Negative Declaration
Fulton, Hamilton and Saratoga Counties - The Hudson River-Black River Regulating District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Repeal of Part 606 and addition of new Part 606 to Title 6 NYCRR- Rules and Regulations Governing the Use, Operations, and Maintenance of the Great Sacandaga Lake will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the lead agency's proposal of the repeal of Part 606 and the addition of a new Part 606 to Title 6 NYCRR. The proposed action will publicize rules governing the use of and access to the Great Sacandaga Lake. This action will formalize procedures for the administration and oversight of the access permit system and work permit system. The project is located on the Great Sacandaga Lake in Fulton, Hamilton and Saratoge Counties in the State of New York.

Saratoga County - The City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ellis Avenue Condominiums Special Use Permit will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
