Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Craw Farm Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 49 lot subdivision for single family homes. The project is located on Traver Road in the Town of Wilton, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Greenfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Subdivision of Lands of David W. and Linda K. Murray will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of land from 3 residential lots reconfigured with lot line adjustments and the subdivision of one additional lot for a total of 4 lots. Two lots are to be created at this time and the other two to be subdivided after wetlands delineation. The project is located at 1665 to 1667 Route 9N in the Town of Greenfield Center, New York.
