Negative Declaration
Cayuga County - The Town of Throop, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Throop Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Throop supporting the regulation of land use and fiscal affairs as prescribed by Town Law Section 272-a by undertaking comprehensive planning to plan a future of economic prosperity, social improvement and protection of the environment. The project is located town wide in the the Town of Throop, New York.

Oswego County - The Mexico Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Addition and Renovation Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
