Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Cohoes Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Eddy Greenhouses/ definitional change of "congregate housing" in Zoning Code will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of two institution facilities with 16 green cottages to house 12 patients each. The project is located at 421 Columbia Street, Cohoes, New York.

Albany County - The Cohoes Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Williams Street Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 8 acres, a land conservation easements on the remaining 16 acres and the construction of a 72 unit townhouse complex, containing both single and twin homes. The project is located at Williams Street and Manor Avenue in the City of Cohoes, New York.

Conditioned Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Colonie Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Regent Broadcasting will not have a significant adverse environmental impact provided specific conditions are met. There will be a 30 day public comment period commencing with the date of this notice.
The action involves the increase in height of an existing telecommunications tower from 60 feet to 100 feet. The project is located at 1241 Kings Road in the Town of Colonie, New York.

The conditions are: Evergreen landscaping shall be provided at the perimeter of the site to screen low-level operations and storage functions from adjacent residential areas and Albany Pine Bush Preserve lands.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft GEIS and Public Comment Period

Greene County - The Town of Coxsackie, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Amendments. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted until Febuary 7, 2008. The DGEIS is available at the Coxsackie Town and Village Offices and on the website: www.coxsackiecommunityplan.net. The action involves the adoption of a new comprehensive plan and zoning amendments for the Town and Village of Coxsackie. The project is located in the Town and Village of Coxsackie, New York.
