Negative Declaration
Ulster County - The Ulster County Legislature, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ulster County Open Space Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Ulster County adoption of an Open Space Plan as a component of the Ulster County Comprehensive Plan pursuant to General Municipal Law Section 239-d. The project is located throughout the County of Ulster, New York.
