The applicant proposes to demolish an existing house, subdivide the property, and construct two new two-family houses including walkways and driveways. The applicant proposes to establish a 10 foot wide planting strip between the wetland and the developed area. The project site is located partially within the adjacent area of NYSDEC regulated Class I Freshwater Wetland NA-7 (South Beach) at 46 and 50 Pearsall Street, Staten Island, Block 3417 - Lots 124 and 126.
