Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 2.096 ± acres into five lots, approving three lots after-the-fact and the further subdivision of one of those lots into three lots. Each of the proposed lots has an existing camp (i.e., single family dwelling) on it that pre-existed the May 22, 1973 enactment date of the Adirondack Park Agency Act. Access to the camps is from a shared driveway and four of the camps share a common water supply (well). The applicants propose that future maintenance of the driveway and the common water supply will be handled by deed covenants.
