Negative Declaration
Onondaga County - The City of Syracuse Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Clinton Syracuse SOMA Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the partial demolition and redevelopment of a vacant warehouse building into apartments, together with site improvements, including parking and landscaping. In addition, a private road will be established within the project site. The project is located at 717 and 721 North Clinton Street and 218 and 220 West Division Street in Syracuse, New York.
