Project Description: The action involves renovation of an abandoned 75-foot by 100-foot, two-story, brick laundry building into three-story (approximately 43 feet in overall height), multiple family dwelling containing 12 rental dwelling units on a 0.86 acre parcel known as Forest East Parcel A. The exterior of the resulting building will have brown-stained wood and cultured stone exterior walls and a brown asphaltic shingle roof. Existing municipal water supply and wastewater treatment facilities are to serve the project.
Washington County - The Eaton Town Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Stewart and MacMillan Major Resubdivision Final Plat #4-07 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. A public hearing for this Final Plat will be held on January 8, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. at the Easton Library, 1074 State Rte. 40, Greenwich, NY (located across the road from the Easton Town Hall). The action involves the subdivision of Area #1 of the previous plat and development of the property for two lots each for a single family residence, and two lots each for one apartment building with each to have 4 units for senior housing. The original plat borders Town of Easton Critical Environmental Area # 2 along the Battenkill. The project is located on Bulson Road, Town of Easton, New York.

Warren County - The Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Map Amendment 2005-10 (Town of Johnsburg) may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the 18 separate amendments of the Official Adirondack Park Land Use and Development Plan Map totaling 7,290 acres. The project is located in the Town of Johnsburg, New York.
