Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The LeRoy Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed LeRoy Wal-Mart Supercenter #4575-00 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 163,742 ± square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter. The project is located NYS Route 5 and Keeney Road in LeRoy, New York.

Seneca County - The Town of Seneca Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Improvement No. 1 (River Road, County House Road, Bauer Road and Kingdom Road) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of 36,200 linear feet of 8 inch HDPE water main and appurtenances. The project is located along River Road, County House Road, Kingdom Road and Bauer Road in the Town of Seneca Falls, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft GEIS

Monroe County - The Town of Greece Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hampton Ridge Center Commercial Development. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted until Febuary 4, 2008. The action involves the Applicant, 4320 West Ridge, LLC proposal to rezone 67.1 ± acres of land from R1-12 (Single-Family Residential) to BG (General Business). The Applicant proposes to develop several buildings and a total of 390,000 ± square feet of floor space - some for freestanding, single uses, some for a collection of tenants - with unspecified tenants and completion date that depend on market demand. The Applicant proposes access to the Premises via West Ridge Road (NYS Route 104). The project is located generally north of and including 4232-4350 West Ridge Road (NYS Route 104), between North Greece Rd. (Monroe County Route 144) and Manitou Road (NYS Route 261) in the Town of Greece, New York.
