Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Nassau County - The Town of Oyster Bay, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Petition of Dumond Enterprises, LLC and Transtechnology Corp. ("Glen Head Commons") for a Change of Zone. Public comments on the FEIS will be accepted until December 21, 2007. The action involves the request for a Change of Zone to construct 38 town house units on 5 acres and 15 single family dwellings on the remaining 2.75 acres. An existing 112,135 square foot industrial building will be replaced. The project is located at 1 Robert Lane, Glen Head, Town of Oyster Bay, New York.
