Project Description: A nine lot subdivision and associated residential development with proposed lots ranging from 1.7 ± to 4.7 ± acres. On each lot a less than 40 foot high natural earth tone three bedroom single family dwelling having a building envelope of no more than 3,500 square feet (including all porches, decks, stairs, and attached or detached garages) is proposed. Building envelopes will be located between 75 and 110 feet of the mean high water mark of Chase Lake and at least 75 feet from wetlands. New driveways will be installed on Lots 2, 3, 5, and 6, while Lots 1, 4, 7, 8, and 14 will utilize existing driveways. All sites will be served by individual wells and conventional on-site wastewater treatment systems located at least 200 feet from the mean high water mark of Chase Lake.
