Project Description:
The applicant proposes to drain, fill and reclaim a .06 acre man-made pond for the purpose of mitigating mosquito risks and provide a level replanted lawn area on the property. Revegetate a 5 ft. wide strip along the western shoreline of the Hook Pond tributary. The project is approximately 50 ft. west of NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland EH-3. The property is located on Ocean Ave., East Hampton.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
Cultural resource lists and map have been checked. No registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures were identified at the project location. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
