Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Town of Onondaga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Onondaga Comprehensive Plan Amendment (2007) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an update of the 1988 Comprehensive Plan for the town. The project is located townwide in the Town of Onondaga, New York

Tompkins County - Tompkins County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of the Tompkins County Forest Management Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Forest Management Plan, which includes general management goals and detailed forest stand management prescriptions. These will be used to guide County forest management practices on County-owned forest lands in the Towns of Newfield and Caroline. The project is located on Van Kirk and Chaffee Creek Roads in the Town of Newfield and Level Green Road in the Town of Caroline, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County IDA, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Destiny USA Research and Development Park. The action involves the development of a mixed use commercial facilities supporting applied research and development activities. The project will be 1.4 million square foot facility on a 60 ± acres of land. The project is located at 7 North Street, Liverpool, New York.
