Project Description: The action involves an eight-lot subdivision of 12.9 acres having 860 feet of shoreline on Cranberry Lake. The property site is divided by Lone Pine Road; the proposed lots range in size from 0.72 acres to 3.31 acres. Six single family dwellings are proposed, four on shoreline lots and two on non-shoreline lots, each to be served by individual on-site wastewater treatment systems and well water supplies. One shoreline lot is proposed as a non-building lot to provide lake access for the two non-shoreline lots. The shoreline access lot would be developed by a 220 foot long road, parking area, two storage sheds and a composting toilet. Each of the four shoreline lots would have a boathouse and dock and would be accessed by a new 530 foot long private road to be constructed parallel to and within 50 feet of Lone Pine Road. One shoreline lot would contain the pre-existing single family dwelling.


Negative Declaration

Jefferson County - The Town of Pamelia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Pamelia Rezoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of an approximately 1/2 mile of the westerly portion of Route 11 from R1 to commercial. The project is located on Route 11 in the Town of Pamelia, New York, with the natural boundaries of Route 11, SSX railroad tracks, Bush Road and current southerly commercial zone.

Lewis County - The Town of Martinsburg Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed C & C Asphalt will not have a significant adverse environmental impact.
