Project Description:
The applicant proposes to remove an old boat house, re-dredge the area around the boathouse, and install a "U" shaped dock system. The proposed dredge area is 65' x 65' x 3' deep, with a connecting channel to Cranberry Creek, 30' long x 12' wide x 3' deep. The site is located approximately two miles northeast of Alexandria Bay, approximately 1500' north of NYS Route 12, along the west shore of Cranberry Creek.
