Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Corinth Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Waste Disposal Local Law will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law amending the Town Code to regulate facilities utilized for the disposal of waste material consistent with the development objectives of the Town to mitigate potential hazards to both the natural and man-made resources of the community to the maximum extent possible. The project is located town-wide in the Town of Corinth, New York.

Saratoga County - The Corinth Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Artisan Workshop Code Revision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law amending the Town Code to add Artisan Workshop as a Site Plan Use in the South Corinth Hamlet (SCH) Land Use District. The project is located town-wide in the Town of Corinth, New York.

Positive Declaration

Franklin County - The Town Boards of the Towns of Bellmont and Chateaugay, as co-lead agencies, has determined that the proposed Jericho Rise Wind Farm, LLC. - Wind Park Power Project may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves the applicant, Jericho Rise Wind Farm, LLC, proposal for the construction, operation and maintenance of a 87.5 MW wind energy facility containing fifty three (53) 1.65 MW wind turbines, associated infrastructure including, but not limited to, access roads, collection and transmission lines, and substation(s). Of the 53 turbines, 34 will be located in the Town of Chateaugay and 19 in the Town of Bellmont. Each turbine will be approximately 397 feet tall when the blade is at its highest point. The project is located off Routes 11 and 374 and public roads throughout the towns of Bellmont and Chateaugay, New York.
