Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Town of Spafford Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Verizon will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Syracuse SMSA Limited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless request for approval to construct and operate a telecommunications facility consisting of a 195 foot self-supporting tower and related on-site improvements on a 100 foot by 100 foot lease parcel. The project is located on East Line Road, Skaneateles in the Town of Spafford, New York.

Tompkins County - The Tompkins County Health Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Millard Hill Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the creation of a 26 lot subdivision served by individual wells and on-site sewage systems. Seventeen of the residences are to be provided access by a new two lane road which, once built, will be dedicated to the Town of Newfield. Nine lots will front existing roads - four on VanOstrand Road, four on Short Lane and one on Millard Hill Road. The project is located on the corner of Millard Hill Road, Short Lane and VanOstrand Road in the Town of Newfield, New York.

Tompkins County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SUCF Projects 17089 - 17089, Demolish / Construct New Addition and Subterranean Parking Garage, Building 1015N will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the demolition of existing building and replacement with similar footprint on same building site with 3-level garage below building. The project is located at the New York State College of Human Ecology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
