Negative Declaration
Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Hamburg Sanitary Sewer Improvments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 1,750 lineal feet of 8" and 10" sanitary sewers on Browning Ave. Additional rehabilitation of approximately 10,750 lineal feet of sanitary sewers will take place in various locations throughout the Village of Hamburg. The project is located in various locations throughout the Vilage of Hamburg, New York.
