The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has added a link to a translation service developed by Microsoft Inc., entitled Bing Translator, as a convenience to visitors to the DEC website who speak languages other than English.

Negative Declaration

Wayne County - The Village of Clyde, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Canal Southside Waterfront Park - Phase II will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal to construct Phase II improvements at the Canal Southside Waterfront Park. The project includes the construction of a picnic shelter/bandstand with electrical facilities, trail improvements, a Canal learning center, a raised fishing platform, and landscaping and related amenities. The project is located on the south side of the Erie Canal on either side of the NYS Route 414 bridge, Village of Clyde, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Monroe County - The Penfield Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed North Penfield Crossroads Plan. The action involves the adoption of an area plan. Recommendations contained in the plan include access management, transportation improvements, land use recommendations, design guidelines and pedestrian considerations. The project is located in the general area centerd on the intersection of Bay Road, Empire Boulevard and Creek Street in the Town of Penfield, New York.
