Negative Declaration
Onondaga County - The Cicero Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hancock Airpark Zone Change will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a zone change for portions of the Hancock Airpark in the Town of Cicero from General Commercial to General Commercial Plus. The project is located on East Taft Road in the Town of Cicero, New York.
