Negative Declaration

Alabany County - The City of Cohoes Industrial Development Agency (IDA), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Harmony Mills, Mill #3 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the renovation of a mill into apartments. The project is located at 100 North Mohawk Street, Cohoes, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Rensselaer County - The Town of Schodack Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Crown Enterprises, Inc. Freight Transfer Facility. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on November 19, 2007 at the Town of Schodack Town Hall. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted by the contact person until December 3, 2007. Copies of the Draft EIS can be obtained from the contact person or can be viewed on line at: www.Schodack.org. The action involves the construction of a freight transfer terminal on approximately 35 acres of land. The project will be known as Crown Enterprises, Inc. Schodack Freight Transfer Facility and will provide a state-of-the-art freight transfer facility in a planned environment. The project is located on the easterly side of NYS Route 9 just northerly of its interchange with Interstate I-90 at Exit 12 in the Town of Schodack, New York.
