Pursuant to Section 30-a of the Public Lands Law, the Office of General Services hereby gives notice to the following:
Notice is hereby given that the New York State Office of General Services has declared that a single family residence on a 10.83 ± acre lot located at 6282 Quintard Road, in the Town of Dewitt, Jamesville Mailing Address, County of Onondaga is no longer useful for State program purposes and has been declared abandoned to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as unappropriated State land. This abandonment was approved October 12, 2007.

Please take notice that the City of Auburn, New York will on or about October 16, 2007 be issuing a Final Request of Proposals (FRFP) for operation of the City of Auburn Auburn Municipal Landfill pursuant to Section 120-w of the State General Municipal Law. Copies of the city's previously issued Preliminary Request for Proposal (PRFP) for the landfill's operation, together with question, answers and comments generated in response to the PRFP are on file for review at the Auburn City Clerk's Office and at the Seymour Public Library. Onondaga County - The Village of Solvay, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mathews Avenue Site Redevelopment Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the remediation and redevelopment of the former Mathews Avenue Landfill Site for the manufacturing of hardwood products. The project is located at Belle Island Road and Mathews Avenue in the Village of Solvay, New York.

Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Skaneateles, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law 2007 - 12 Zoning Law Amendment Establishing Mining District Boundary will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposed amendment to the Zoning Law and Zoning Map to modify and replace the mining district boundaries for the Open Pit Mining Overlay District ("OPMOD"). The project is located in the portion of the Town of Skaneateles located north of Old Seneca Turnpike, New York.

Tioga County - The Owego Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pheasant Hill Country Club Golf Course will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the operation of a public golf course. The project is located on Waits Road in the Town of Owego, New York.
