Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wellington Place Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the presevation of the front portions of buildings at 132, 134, 138 and 140 State Street, to a depth of approximately fifty feet, which will be rehabilitated, reconstructed and/or renovated. The dismantling of stone facade elements at 136 State Street (Hotel Wellington) to a depth of fifty feet. The elements will be numbered and stored for eventual reconstruction using the original facade elements to serve as the entrance to the proposed office space. The construction of a fourteen story building with as much as 409,835 ± square feet Class A commercial office space (total building area of 439,500 ± square feet). This is including a basement level which will have area devoted to utilities and services and parking for 27 ± cars. Ground floor retail on State Street totaling 1,500 ± to 6,300 ± square feet. The construction of between 12 and 20 residential units located in 132 State Street (upper levels only), 134 State Steet (upper levels only), 138 State Street and 140 State Street. This will include the removal of 67 Howard Street (Albany Chemical Co.) and a plan to preserve the "streetscape" of this portion of the Downtown Albany Historic District. Salvageable elements will be offered to historic groups with an interst in preserving them for reuse in future buildings. The project is located at 132, 134, 136, 138 and 140 State Streeet and 59 and 67 Howard Street, in the City Of Albany, New York.

Delaware County - The Town of Meredith Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Meredith Telecommunications Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a 160 foot telecommunications tower on town property. The project is located 4247 Turnpike Road, in the Town of Meredith, New York.
