Cayuga County - The Town of Brutus / Village of Weedsport Joint Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Donahue Major Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of land between Pierce Road and Chamberlin Road which began in May 2005. A four lot subdivision is proposed to include an additional formation of 3 additional lots (#5, 6 and 7). Lots #5, 6 and 7 are formed on the east side of Pierce Rd and the remaining lands of Donahue are on the west side of Pierce Road. Lot #5 consists of 2.100 acres; Lot #6 consists of 2.148 acres and Lot #7 consists of 2.661 acres.. The project is located on vacant property off Pierce Road in the Town of Brutus, New York.

Madison County - The Town of Sullivan, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment to Zoning Law 2007 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enactment of local law, the purpose and effect of which is to define Mineral, Mineral Resource Uses, Mining, Mining / Quarrying Uses and Quarrying to create a Mineral Resource Use District and Mining / Quarrying Use District. This will provide for additional standards for Mineral Resource Uses and Mining / Quarrying Uses and to more clearly specify the regulation and location of mining activities in the Town of Sullivan by the amendments to the Zoning Schedule and Zoning Schedule Notes of the Zoning Law. The project is located in the Town of Sullivan, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Onondaga County - The Onondaga County IDA, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Destiny USA Research and Development Park. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on October 29, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, Town of Salina, 201 School Road, Liverpool, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until November 12, 2007. The action involves the development of 1.4 million square feet of mixed use commercial of facilities supporting applied research and development activities on 60 ± acres of land. The project is located 7th North Street, Liverpool, New York.
