Rensselaer County - The Town of East Greenbush Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village at Tempel Farm Planned Development District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the proposal to construct a mixed use development including retail, hotel, office, entertainment and residential uses. The project is located in the Town of East Greenbush Office/Commercial ("OC") Zoning District. With the exception of the residential component, all of the proposed uses are permitted in the OC Zoning District. To accomodate all principal, accessory and specially permitted uses authorized in the OC Zoning District, plus residential uses, the applicant has requested the entire site be rezoned by the Town Board of East Greenbush to Planned Development District ("PDD") in accordance with Article VI of Town Zoning Law. Of the total 159 acre site, the development will occupy approximately 47.5 acres, including ancillary facilities, such as parking, utilities and stormwater management facilities, with 111.2 acres remaining undeveloped. The project is located at Tempel Lane, Mannix Road and Route 151 in the Town of East Greenbush, New York.

Rensselaer County - The Town of Stephentown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ryan's Village - Site plan review will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the site plan review of 70.30 acres utilizing the cluster development concept in an RU zoning area. The development will have 192 condominium units, central water, fire pond and wastewater treatment facility. The project is located on the east side of Garfield Road in Stephentown, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Albany County - The Town of Guilderland Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Woodsfield Estate Residential Subdivision. The action involves the proposal to construct a 45 lot single family residential subdivision on a 106.95 acre parcel. The developed area will be clustered on approximately 24 acres with the remaining 82 acres to be dedicated to the Town of Guilderland for open space. The project is located on East Lydius Street, Town of Guilderland, New York.
