Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing
Dutchess County - The Town of Amenia Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Silo Ridge Resort Community. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on November 17, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at the Silo Ridge Country Club, Route 22, Amenia, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until December 7, 2007 or 20 days following the close of the public hearing, whichever is later.
