This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to upgrade the wasewater treatment system of an existing seasonal camp. The upgrade consists of converting the suface discharging wastewater treatment plant to a 12,000 gpd pump station and force main discharging to a subsurface disposal system. A draft SPDES permit is available for review at the Stamford DEC office.
