Negative Declaration

Erie County - The City Of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Pierce Arrow Development LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the review and approval by the City of Buffalo Planning Board for three (3) phases of construction-Phase I will involve the rehabilitation and renovation of two (2) buildings for approximately 190 student apartments; Phase II will involve the expansion and further renovation of two (2) buildings as a mixed use commercial/residential facility; and Phase III will involve the construction and renovation of a hotel of approximately 200 units in two (2) buildings. The project is located 177-255, 158-248 Great Arrow, Buffalo, New York.
