Project Title: Adirondack Homes at North Street, Old Forge

Project Description: The project is the subdivision of 1,305.5± acres into five lots. Lot 1 is a 773±-acre parcel proposed for conveyance to the People of the State of New York for inclusion in the Forest Preserve. It is located on the west side of North Street and includes about 37,543± feet of frontage along the North and Middle Branches of the Moose River. Lot 2 is a 204±-acre parcel located west of North Street to be retained by Adirondack Homes, LLC. Lot 3, a 193±-acre parcel located on the east side of North Street, is to be retained by Adirondack Homes, LLC. Lot 4 is a 122.4±-acre parcel to be retained by Gaston, LLC. Lot 5 is an 11.1± acre parcel that is a 100 ft. wide strip of land encompassing North Street. Lot 5 is proposed for conveyance to the Town of Webb. The Town of Webb holds an easement over Lot 5 and has maintained it as a Town Road for many years. One new single family dwelling with a well and on-site wastewater treatment system is proposed for Lot 2. No other new land use or development is proposed as part of this project.
