Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Jared Holt Redevelopment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Site Plan Approval to allow for the construction of nine (9) buildings containing a total of ten (10) affordable housing units, as well as off-street parking and common areas. The project includes off-street parking facilities, common areas, and essential infrastructure. Saratoga County - The Town of Halfmoon, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Champlain Canal Trail Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the enhancement of an existing trail including the contruction of gravel parking areas, signage, fencing and crosswalks. The trail runs along the Champlain Canal. The project is located adjacent to the Champlain Canal Trail between Brookwood Road and Upper Newtown Road in Halfmoon, New York.

Positive Declaration and Public Scoping
Delaware County - The Town of Roxbury Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Moresville Energy LLC Proposed Wind Energy Facility may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted by the Town of Roxbury Planning Board at the Roxbury Town Hall, 53690 State Highway 30 Roxbury, NY 12474. A public scoping session will be held on September 19, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Roxbury School, 53729 State Highway 30, Roxbury, NY 12474. The action involves the design, construction and operation of wind energy facilities in the Towns of Roxbury and Stamford, NY. A positive declaration was issued on August 22, 2007 along with a resolution to conduct a formal scoping process to identify the potential adverse environmental impacts that must be considered in the DEIS. The depository contains all documents generated to date with regard to the proposed project. The project is located in the Town of Roxbury and Stamford, New York.
