Project Description:

Applicant proposes to construct a portion of a single family residence (lot #35 of the Ossi Sport Club, Inc. development) and driveway within the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS Freshwater Wetland OL-71 (Class 2). The proposed site is approximately 85 feet from the wetland boundary and is seperated from the wetland by an existing property road; Spring Lane. The residence will be supplied by a private well, also located in the 100 foot adjacent area. A force main sewer line from the residence to a subsurface sanitary treatment system located approximately 250 feet from wetland boundary is proposed.
