Negative Declaration
Oneida County - The Town of Lee, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Terra Bella Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 48 lot major subdivision with interior roads, individual septic systems and public water. The project is located on Cemetery Road in the Town of Lee, New York.
