Project Description: Construct 1.9 miles of new snowmobile trail from the Hamlet of Wilmington to the Atmospheric Science Research Center access road. This new trail is a segment of the proposed snowmobile trail from the hamlet of Wilmington, to the Forestdale Road in the Town of Black Brook, that is called for in the approved Wilmington Wild Forest Unit Management Plan. The project requires the removal of 101 trees larger than 4" diameter breast height over 1.9 miles. A review of the Natural Heritage information in the Master Habitat Database found no endangered or threatened animals, plants or communities located within the project boundaries. This notice is in compliance with the policy LF-91-2, Cutting, Removal or Destruction of Trees on Forest Preserve Lands. The New York Natural Heritage Program does not have any record of threatened or endangered species in the project area.

Project Description: The applicant seeks approval for a three-lot subdivision of a 17.5-acre shoreline parcel involving wetlands. The proposed subdivision will create a 12.6 ± acre parcel (Lot 3) containing wetlands and 1270 ± feet of shoreline improved by a pre-existing seasonal use single-family dwelling with on-site water supply and on-site wastewater treatment systems. Project Description: The action involves a three lot subdivision of the 0.67± acre project site, creating two, 0.21± acre lots and one 0.25± acre lot, each of which are improved by a preexisting single family dwelling. No new land use or development is proposed on any of the lots.
Negative Declaration
Clinton County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Deyo Quarry will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the applicant's proposal to develop and operate a new, 62 acre surface mine involving extraction of consolidated sandstone to a depth of approximately ten feet below existing elevations. The site is part of a 320 acre parcel owned by Tammy Deyo. Mining operations will involve blasting and onsite processing, including crushing and screening. Concurrent reclamation will occur as areas are mined, with final reclamation being a stabilized/vegetated shallow depression, with a pond occupying a portion of the site. The project is located on the east side of Joe Wood Road, approximately 2,400 feet south of Gilbert Road, Town of Mooers, New York.

Essex County - The Town of Ticonderoga, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Phase 1-6 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant including unit processes and collection system improvements. The project is located at 219 Montcalm Avenue, Ticonderoga, New York.

Saratoga County - The Town of Saratoga Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #4 of 2007 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the zoning ordinance by making certain changes in the various zoning districts relative to lot areas, frontage and set backs, and also amending the zoning map by making certain changes in district boundaries with Local Law #4 of 2007.
