Project Description:

The applicant proposes to construct a 22' x 32' detached garage adjacent to an existing driveway. A single family dwelling currently exists on the property. The proposed project is located within 100 feet of a regulated freshwater wetland and within 300' of regulated tidal wetlands on a private road off East End Road on Fisher's Island, Town of Southold in Suffolk County, SCTM# 1000-07-01-p/o lot 2.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.

This project is located in a Coastal Management area and is subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
