Positive Declaration and Public Scoping
Saratoga County - The Town of Malta Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Saratoga Medical Park may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. Written comments on the draft scope will be accepted until November 29, 2007. A public scoping session will be held on September 21, 2007, time to be determined, at the Malta Town Hall, 2540 Route 9, Malta, NY 12020. The action involves the Saratoga Medical Park requesting a rezoning from the Town of Malta. The PDD consists of: Assisted Living, Independent Living Units, Mixed-Use light retail, Nursing Home, Hospital, Helipad, Paddock Area, and potentially a Community Use. The project is located at 560 Route 67, Malta, New York.
