St Lawrence CountyProject Description:
The Department has tentatively determined to modify the SPDES permit by revising the compliance schedule applicable to outfall 002 final limits for aluminum, total suspended solids, and oil and grease. A construction start date of June 1, 2009 is now proposed in the draft permit as is a construction completion/compliance with final limits date of June 1, 2010. These changes are reflected in footnote 12 on page 15, and the compliance schedule on page 26. Other unrelated EDP dates noted throughout the permit have been revised to actual dates to avoid the potential for misinterpretation due to this modification. In order to reflect WTC's which have been authorized for discharge since the 2004 permit renewal, the list of WTC's on page 23 has also been updated.
