Project Description: The action consists of a subdivision of 122.4 acres into two lots involving wetlands and future construction of a group camp administration building in the Moderate Intensity Use land use area portion of the project site. No wetlands will be filled or impacted by the project as proposed. The 122.4 acre project site is developed by one single family dwelling. A 2.7 acre parcel south of a private road will be conveyed to and merged with lands of the adjoining landowner (Adventure Bound Camps). The retained lands are wholly within a Resource Management land use area. The parcel to be conveyed is located both in the Resource Management land use area and a Moderate Intensity Use land use area. Construction of the administration building for the group camp is not planned for the near future. In addition, the project involves after-the-fact review of conveyance of a vacant 0.275 acre parcel containing wetlands in the Moderate Intensity Use land use area by Downs and Sayward to Adventure Bound Camps without the required Agency permit.
