Project Description:
The applicant proposes to renew and modify an existing permit to place fill and rock riprap along two areas adjacent to Ellicott Creek (at hole # 15), totaling a linear distance of about 240 feet. The project will take place at the Fox Valley Country Club, south of Genesee Street and west of Ransom Road in the Town of Lancaster.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.

Project Description:
The applicant proposes to install approximately 100 linear feet of heavy rock riprap stream bank stabilization along Wiscoy Creek to protect an existing active natural gas pipeline. The proposal also includes removal of a fallen tree, gravel bar and an exposed pipeline that is no longer in service. The project site is located at Wiscoy Creek, approximately 500 feet east of NYS Rte. 19A in the Town of Hume, Allegany County.
