Project Description: Applicants seek after-the-fact approval for the installation of a 60-foot tall temporary telecommunications tower powered from the existing National Grid transmission line. The Agency determined this request was a material change to Permit 2005-335, in accordance with Agency Enforcement File E2007-104. The temporary telecommunications facility will be utilized until Public Service Commission (PSC) approval is received for the tower already approved in Permit 2005-335. PSC approval is anticipated by the end of September 2007.
