Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow the Adirondack Pride Inc the use of Fish Creek Pond Public Campground as the site of their annual ½ mile Kids Fun Run, 5K and 10K Road race on September 23, 2007. Proceeds from the race support the Adirondack Physically Challenged The event organizer anticipates 75-100 participants in the event which has been held at this location for several consecutive years. Comments will be accepted until July 18th, 2007.

Project Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation is reviewing a TRP application to allow the Great Sacandaga Hobie Fleet 238 the use of Northampton Beach Public Campground as the site of their annual sailing regatta from August 10 -12, 2007. The event organizer anticipates 25 to 30 boats participating in the event which has been held at this location for several consecutive years. Comments will be accepted until July 18th, 2007.

Project Description: The action involves a four-lot subdivision to create two residential building lots west of NYS Route 9N and a shoreline access lot on Lake George for each of the two proposed building lots. Lot 1 is a 33.40 acre lot which is improved by a preexisting single family dwelling and two barns and a garage. Lot 2 is a 4.74 acre vacant lot. The existing single family dwelling on Lot 1 is to be replaced in the same location by a new single family dwelling. The replacement single family dwelling on Lot 1 will be converted for use as a guest cottage upon the future completion of a second single family dwelling on that lot. Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburgh, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Champlain Centre North Subdivision 2007 and Champlain Centre North Demolition, Addition and Site Plan Modifications 2007 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Champlain Centre North Subdivision 2007 - A 2 parcel commercial subdivision - Lot 1 is a 9.99 acre parcel proposed for a new 126,842 square feet retail building space attached to the remaining Champlain Centre North Shopping Mall. Lot 2 is a the remaining 75.54 acre lands of Champlain Centre North, LLC. and includes 578,793 square feet existing retail building space. Both lots require area variances. Champlain Centre North Demolition, Addition and Site Plan Modification 2007 - Request to amend a previously approved site plan review involving the demolition of an existing 80,939 square feet building area and construction of a new 126,842± square feet addition for a new gross building area of 705,635 ± square feet. The project is located at Champlain Centre North, Town of Plattsburgh, New York.

Clinton County - The Town of Plattsburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed JCEO Wallace Hill Modified Subdivision 2006 and JCEO Wallace Hill Modified Site Plan 2006 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an affordable housing residential complex consisting of 16 individual-Two Family Duplex dwelling unit buildings totaling 32 dwelling units and one community building located on a three lot subdivision of approximately 46.2+ acres, which will result in two residential parcels and one parcel for a public road (1,310+ LF). Public water and public sewer are proposed. Stormwater detention basins are proposed. The project is located on the Eastern side of Wallace Hill Road between Military Turnpike and NYS Route 374, Town of Plattsburgh, New York.
