The communications network upgrade would include constructing additional communication support equipment to existing microwave transmission/receiver tower facilities and constructing new antenna towers, as appropriate, to enhance public safety radio system communication. The proposed project consists of activities at ten different sites in seven towns within Chenango County and at one site located within Delaware County.
