Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Penfield Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Timber Glen Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application for Preliminary Subdivision approval to allow the development of a 28 lot residential subdivision on 19.64 acres utilizing §278 of Town Law. The project is located 1115 Whalen Road, Penfield, NY.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Ontario County - The Town Board of the Town of Victor, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Bluestone Creek Planned Development District. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on June 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Victor Primary School Auditorium, 953 High Street, Victor, NY. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until July 9, 2007. The revised Draft Environmental Impact Statement is available for review on the Town's website (www.victorny.org) and during regular business hours at the Victor Town Clerk's office or Victor Free Library. The action involves the construction of mixed housing types for residential purposes. The project is located along the Auburn Trail between Old Dutch Road and Wangum Road.
