Suffolk County - The Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Quogue, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Subdivision Map of Quogue Reserve, LLC. will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of a 2.039 acre parcel into two lots for single family residential use. The proposed subdivision will be served by public water. Individual sanitary systems will be provided, subject to Health Department approval. The project is located on the westerly side of Post Fields Lane and Old Depot Road in the Incorporated Village of Quogue, Town of Southampton, New York.

Suffolk County - The Dormitory Authority, State of New York (DASNY), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Fire Island Lighthouse First Order Fresnel Lens Return and Display will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of exhibit space to protect, display and interpret an original artifact associated with the Fire Island Light Station. The project is located within the Fire Island National Seashore in the Town of Islip, New York.

Suffolk County - The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Private Sale of Surplus Right-of-way will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves DOT's private sale of surplus property to an adjacent occupant and proposed development as a commercial land use. The project is located at the northeast interchange of NY 25 and County Road 97 (Nicolls Road) in the Town of Brookhaven, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS
Nassau County - The Village of Roslyn Board of Trustees, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Roslyn Landing. The action involves the development of 80 residential units on the project site. Public amenities to be provided on the site include a waterfront promenade, village green, waterfront plaza, water access point for launching of small, non-motorized boats and public parking. The FEIS for the project was accepted by the Village Board of Trustees on April 11, 2007. The project is located on Lots 538 and 539, Village of Roslyn, New York.
