Project Description: The project is the after-the-fact approval of the subdivision of 75 acres into three lots, thereby creating two 5± acre lots with existing single family dwellings on them and vacant 65 ± lot. No new land use or development is proposed as part of the project.
Negative Declaration
Oneida and Herkimer County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Route 28: 7.4 Km north of Alder Creek to Moose River at McKeever will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rehabilitation and reconstruction work activities to restore the structural integrity and rideability of the pavement in the project area, improving existing highway design through the application of current design standards where practicable, and incorporating design features to safely accommodate bicycle access. The project is located in the Town of Forestport, Oneida County and the Town of Webb, Herkimer County.
