Washington County - The Town of Greenwich Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Town of Greenwich Zoning Ordinance will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a first zoning ordinance by the Town of Greenwich. The ordinance divides the Town into five districts in which uses are regulated and area requirements set forth. The ordinance contains a number of measures designed to protect open space and the environment and to regulate the form and appearance of new development. The project is located in the Town of Greenwich.
